This is an interesting question. I definitely have one dominant infection most of the time, I think.
Right now it is babesia. Although given the overlap it’s hard to tell and I usually have enough hints that the others are active to continue with all three. It’s possible at this point that I’m just dealing with babesia and bartonella playing leap frog as none of my symptoms at the moment are exclusively lyme. If only we could sort it out more easily. I’m currently waiting cd57 results which might offer a clue.
That's how I feel, too. I just added artemesia about
10 days ago to try to figure out if I have babesia or not. The last 2 days, I've had occasional surges of pains in the top of my head. I think I must have babesia in addition to bartonella. My symptoms seem to go back and forth between the two. Even the days I had the head pains, I also had sore feet and bone pain in my hip bones and elbow bones. Oh well, just keep going with the herbs is all I know to do. Sida acuta is one of the hardest hitting herbs for me, probably because it does double duty for both those infections.
I do take Japanese knotweed, Gou-teng, Chinese skullcap, and a dusting of cat's claw powder for Lyme. My CD57 levels have been increasing since treating. Hopefully, it will keep climbing.
