Doarrhea on buhner protocol

I'm on day 3 of the protocol at full dosing. Haven't much yet but I did get hit with bouts diarrhea. On the second day now. It happens a little bit after eating and it doesn't matter what I eat. Is this just my body adjusting or could it be something in gonna have to deal with?

I started on full doses. I already am already semi functioning. If I herx I herx. I want to see someting to know that its working.

Its possible. Also, if you're on knotweed that can cause diarrhea because it contains emodin

It was the one about older tinctures losing potency and i think you mentioned you had some you don't use?

I take an herbal blend that has several key buhner herbs in it. It makes my GI system go much faster than normal, but I wouldn't call it diarrhea. I think it's the cat's claw that does that to me because when I took Cat's Claw capsules I did have diarrhea.
