Lyme Brain IV protocols?

Hi there,
I have had lyme for over 14 years and my lyme brain is pretty bad and getting worse. I have only noticed brain improvement once and it was years ago when I did IV treatment for a brief period of time. I want to know what IV treatments/protocols/cocktails or combinations of treatments have worked for long-term lyme brain. Any help on treatments/protocols focused for getting their brain to function again is greatly appreciated!!
