Homemade Liposomal Vitamin C

I just listened to dr Mercola interviewing dr Klinghardt, and there they are talking about homemade, cheap liposomal vitamin C. More potent than the IV vitamin C.
I have never heard about this.

Has anyone tried making it?

They mentioned you need a blender, ultrasonic cleaner, vitamin C powder...

Yes I tried it.
I make lipo glutathione as well. I expect it is a more efficient way to absorb vitamins.
I have had IV vitamin C and I really felt good on it. With my lipoC there is no perceivable change - I think there is a bit too much hype around it.

I did for essential oils and vitamin C, using an ultrasonic cleaner. I know it worked because I would have gotten diarrhea or intestinal pain from the doses I was taking had they gone straight through the gut. Homemade liposomes aren't as shelf stable or small as commercial preparations, I could actually see the essential oils separate back out after a week or so. It didn't make much of a difference in symptoms so I eventually stopped.

Edit: I should add that I was concerned about safety, any contaminants are going into your bloodstream.
