alunke - I took serrapeptase a few years ago...and it didn't affect me that way.
Maybe stop it for a week...to determine that it is the cause.

I swear by that stuff!! and rotate many of the enzyme combinations.
Consider taking a binder? Clay or charcoal, or psyllium

Normally pale stools indicate a sluggish liver and low bile flow. Is it possible the serrapeptase is allowing your immune system to kill some pathogens and that is clogging up yoir liver?
