my LLMD doesn't seem to prescribe biaxin. Not sure why. My protocol is mino with Rifabutin.
My previous LLND prescribed mino with Rifampin.
I don't know if more LLMD's prescribe biaxin instead of mino with Riffy. I know Dr. M - the bart guru likes biaxin.
You know that the dose of Rifampin is different than Rifabutin, right?
