How Are Canadian Getting Meds If Seeing U.S LLMD?

Just wondering how are Canadians obtaining/filling out their prescriptions/scripts that were written out by U.S LLMD's? The online pharmacy that we used is no longer available. Any details would be greatly appreciated.
