How reliable is this? Same as the others? Pos is pos and negative is non informative...

Im not sure. Mine showed negative and now, 4.5 years and no progress later my doc is about to treat me for lyme.

Yup - in fact I believe it’s even more unreliable than a blood test.

Plus the procedure isn’t fun. A few risks with that.
