Update on the red spots on skin

Hey everyone. I said I'd post an update after I saw my dermatologist, turns out there was nothing to worry about. He identified the spots right away as Keratosis Pilaris, a minor skin condition that shows up more often as the air gets drier in fall and winter. Apparently mine was a textbook case. He recommended a OTC cream to use if they bother me, but they're pretty minor so unless it gets worse I don't plan on it.

On an unrelated note after 2 days of not taking any of the Buhner protocol my stomach is back to normal. I'll reintroduce things a few items at a time and see if I can find the culprit, though my body may have just needed a short break. Apart from some recurring minor headaches and one or two other things I've been feeling pretty good the past few days. Not all the way there yet, but hopefully a few more months on the Buhner protocol will do the trick. Happy healing.

Have you looked into Japanese Knotweed potentially causing the gastric upset? I've heard that can cause stomach issues for some...
