Azithromycin - herx or toxicity or allergy or all three

Was it a severe herx or allergy to azithromycin that caused neck and head jerking to never go away or toxicity to it?

Would alka seltzer gold help even though it’s been a number of months later ? Would charcoal help even though it’s been seven months since the jerking started and hasn’t stopped? Would Benedryl help even though it’s been seven months?

Azithromycin brought out the most horrible experience. Maybe too many doses. Maybe too strong. Maybe liver kidney can’t detox. Maybe nerve damage. Maybe allergy to it. I mean ...why the grey skin. Why the numb hand. Why the feeling out of it. Why the sudden ocd symptom. Why the feeling of being less social. Why the puffiness in the face. Why the rash on the back? All those things came after finishing the dose.
