No flaking, film, grease, sores, etc.
I'm sure I'd have issues either MCS or allergy with pine tar, but the chlorophyll may work.
I saw your chlorophyll recommendation on my other post and have been googling chlorophyll and reading reviews.
One reviewer specifically mentioned it helped scalp odor, while others mentioned other odors - armpits, bowels, gas.
I'll order some today. Thanks!!
Also, I have some JR Liggett's bar shampoo - fragrance free, of course. I'll see if it has any effect. It's a natural soap, though, so probably not pH neutral. I worry about those increasing susceptibility to infections like staph.
I got bacterial vaginosis twice some years back. Bith times it was after using natural, lye based soaps in the shower for a couple of months. Some time later, I came across an online review that made me aware that those soaps are not all pH neutral, which can upset bacterial balance.
Also, I googled stinky hair yesterday after posting this. There's a lot more out there now than there was a few years ago. Even has a name - Smelly Hair Syndrome. Info points to bacteria, fungus, or yeast either on the scalp or systemic. In my case, I suspect systemic.
