Thoughts on rash

Hello everyone,

Here is the rash I had appear about 18 days after I went camping in the Mont Tremblant area of northern Quebec. Second picture is 1 week after appearance. I was prescribed one week of cephalexin (ineffective against burgdorferi I know) for "lymphangitis".

- Is 18 days after exposure typical for a rash to appear?
- This doesn't really seem like a typical lyme disease rash, but would anyone here immediately suggest a tick bite?
- I also had chest pain at the same time which I had never experienced before and went to ER twice.
- The rash went away after about 2 weeks and I was completely healthy with no unusual symptoms for about 4 months, then I started to have a sore throat and quickly went downhill after that.

I have now been struggling with:
- Very sore throat and sinuses
- Lower back pain
- Brain fog and confusion
- Dizziness
- Insomnia
- Night sweats

For over 18 months. Only thing that has worked is herbal detox and quinine and clindamycin.

My girlfriend at the time all this began told me that she had tested positive for a yeast infection she got from me apparently and she has been getting them regularly ever since and had never had one before. Her doctor specifically told her to tell me to get tested. This was when the symptoms started to appear.

Yes I feel like it may be babesia as well but I did not respond to treatment with azithromycin and malarone which I really dont understand...
