Prebiotics would also be good, they are what bacteria feed on and create new bacteria from your existing ones (more gut diversity). In addition to what Girlie suggested. Be careful with bone broth, go slow, start with one tablespoon to see how you react. I went full on and did several cups and had a major bad reaction. Now I know I can't tolerate it at all. And be sure your digestion is working properly. Take HCl and pepsin and see if you ge acid reflux, if you don't then you need to be taking them. Pancreatic enzymes would be good too if you get undigested material in your stool. I think that's all I can think of. And of course keep carbs lower and no sugar to prevent Candida which will inevitably form to some degree due to gut dysbiosis.
