Can I continue with binders and ir sauna before mold and heavy metals testning?

Im going to do tests for mold, heavy metals, iodine, lyme and co infections beginning of next week.

In the pappers I got it says that I should avoid fish for 5 days and minerals for 1 day.
It doesnt say anything about binders and ir sauna.

But is that something that I should avoid just before?

Testing for metals yes, avoid fish for about a week. I don't think saunas or binders will detox you enough to affect results.

Could you tell me what tests to do for mold and heavy metals?

How accurate are they?

And do you need a provider for them?

Thanks. I emailed my clinic also just to be sure.

Im doing Biolab toxic elements (urine) £125 and Great Plains Mycotox test (£280) - urine sample

They also have realtime labs mold test that is more expensive and very good.
But they told me this is as accurate as that test.

I would guess you need to go through somebody to do these tests, but not really sure.

My girlfriend is a lot sicker then me but I can smell when something like a t shirt smells a bit moldy when she cant.
She generally has a better smell then I do, so I think its very likely that I have some kind of mold in me.
