I plan on starting colloidal silver. I was wondering if it kills the good bacteria as well as the bad like a normal antibiotic? I'm afraid of damaging my gut flora even more since antibiotics almost killed me.

And what is the best way to take it? My doctor recommended a nebulizer. Not sure what it does differently.

I'm not sure either. I take it orally as a liquid. I was very hesitant to start taking it but I've been taking it for nearly a month now and I had a bad herx that lasted weeks. I got pains that I hadn't seen in a long time. Maybe it's just coincidence but it feels like its doing something.

I don’t know the answer to your question, but I would just take probiotics regularly 2 hours apart from anything that kills stuff.

I herxed when I took 1 tsp of the liquid (which is about 5 large droppers full) but not from 2 droppers full. I didn’t herx from 10 sprays up my nose.

I like to take it as a preventative therapy when I travel on airplanes, and around holiday family events especially with kids around. Glad you brought it up cause I would have probably forgot to pack it for being away for the long weekend.

I researched that question a lot and only got conflicting answers. There are people who swear it works and then there is the "it will turn you blue" group. I Argentyn 23 because of the small silver particles for a long time. Having some kidney issues (not because of silver) so holding off until I learn more about how it can impact kidneys (or not).

When I was taking it, I did get better, mixed with other meds/herbs.
