so right now it is looking like mycoplasma is what is causing my breathing chest and inflammation issues.
I do not have a 100% diagnosis. I had a tele session with a doctor from a clinic I have been to 5 times- each time spending 5 days with him. They use a kinesiology type of diagnostic method there- and anyway he was a little vague but did say mycoplasma has come up for me before. So after more research this makes sense. I feel totally inflamed in the chest and also the gut.
so I have been having some better days but then it comes back. After I eat is worse. Right now it is really bad- the tight gripped up inflamed chest.
So the dr said I should continue with the antimicrobials and also add a few things. I recently added in Artemisia annua- I think it has been about 5 days, and I noticed improvement since then. It is frustrating because I will have a good day or good half day and think I am clearing this, and then it comes back in full force like right this moment.
But all in all I have to acknowledge improvement in that I was able to do some errands today, cook some involved cooking foods, and each day in the last five days I have been increasing my walks.
So the dr I had the tele session with says this is my protocol for now:
borellogen and anti tox ( form Jernigan); Artemisia, curcumin, black seed oil, and buhner CSA
then he is adding chlorella- to help move the toxins out- which I ordered and am waiting for. Then he also added a lung support Chinese medicine herbal mixture which I am also waiting for.
He said give it 4-6 weeks and it may take time to ease up.
Its weird cause I have been to this clinic a bunch over the years and I never got clear about which coinfections I have! somehow my doctor their does not like to specify- he more treat the body "as a whole" kind of thing, and because what he was doing was working and I would start to feel better, I never pressed it on the specific coinfections.
But this time I asked him and he said mycoplasma has come up and that makes total sense. I just read this passage about mycoplasma: "Or, people might have inflammatory gut or lung issues because the microbes are active on the endothelial lining of the gut and lungs. "
That is me for sure- inflamed in the gut and lungs.
so in addition to the things I mentioned, I am taking cod liver oil, and vitamins c d and e. ( and may add a).
And a new development which may help me: I have my first appointment next week with someone who does biomagnetic pair therapy for lyme and co infections. I have heard many have gotten well this way.
So all in all I finally have a diagnosis. right this minute I feel inflamed and tight and hard to breathe and all that- but over all I have been noticing a small amount of improvement. Not enough to thrive- but hours in the day where it doesn't feel so bad, where I am able to take a longer walk where before I could not do five minutes. When I can go to the farther away bigger grocery store and do a big shopping- which I did today but by the end I was seizing up.
Also I am a week into an anti inflammatory diet. I cut out gluten and dairy and way down on sugar- only having a little maple or honey here and there but as little as possible. I am eating really well lots of veggies and stuff for the last week.
Anyone have experience with biomagnetic pair therapy? I am looking forward to that.
And it feels good to understand what I have.
And that my dr who knows a thing or two gave me a protocol- and while it has never presented in this exact way before, there have been a couple of times in the past years where the protocol from this doctor got back into remission some other presentaitons of the tick illnesses so I have some faith in him.
but I would like to think maybe the magnet therapy can be the extra help I need. I know I will always have these microbes in me, but I also know over time with the right herbals and adjunct therapies I can get it down into remission- and if I eat right and take vitamins etc keep it down for longer.
It has been a rough couple of months and is still rough right now but I am grateful for a diagnosis after so much confusion, and for the hours where I feel better, and for the protocol of the dr, and for the upcoming magnet session.
