Hey everyone! So I know staying up all night, or early awakening is from insomnia but I’ve been doing something s little different and I’m not sure whether to call it insomnia or what.
I sometimes feel like I hit a wall and get to where I just fall asleep. Either I wake up a couple minutes later with the sleepy feeling mostly gone or I sleep a few hours and wake up sometime in the morning.
When this happens nothing never seems to be the reason o wake up. No racing heart, night sweats, none of that.
Question 2
So I do this thing while I’m at work and dont really know what’s causing it. As I work I start getting waves where my fatigue is a lot worse! It’ll usually pass then come again in a few hours. One of my symptoms has always been fatigue but when I’m at work it’s just that I notice I get a lot worse for a little bit and itll go away then come back again later. I don’t know if its Just because I’m working and tired or what.
