I have a friend she is sixty years old suffering from chronic Lyme .Along with true cluster headaches..On going and long term.For the Lyme,antibiotics,turpentine,oregano max ,oregano oil P73,tumeric tincture, Chaga mushroom tincture,coconut charcoal to help with die off .All quality products for about forty five days after mediocre results from the antibiotics..Nothing for a couple of months but now starting Oregano Max again.She is very sick now and loosing her will to keep fighting.What can I get for her that is effective and safe for long term use..The doctors don’t care..I have to try and help her .

Hi Desmond - welcome.

I think your friend should be looking at treating with a LL Dr. Either a LLMD or a LLND. (I'm assuming she isn't?)
It is really difficult to navigate treatment on your own.

If not...then maybe the Buhner protocols would be good for her to try. She can do a very low dose for a couple of months...
Has she looked into treating the coinfections...or just lyme?

You mentioned mediocre benefits from the antibiotics. Was this after a few months? If so, mediocre benefits in a few months isn't so bad... treatment can take a long time, unfortunately.

Her doctor prescribe Amoxicillin twice.She said they really irritated her stomach..She tells me that it’s in her brain..She can feel it.Very weak,forgetful always tired she tells me..The cluster headaches she has been suffering with for several years and takes medication for that.Tested for later stages of Lyme about a year ago..We are pretty sure she’s had it for a lot longer from doing research about the symptoms after she was finally tested properly and diagnosed..

Any mold, musty smells, leaks or water damage in her home? Many with Lyme can be severely affected by mold and the mycotoxins and microbial VOCs they produce on building substrates.

Headaches, brain fog, and cognitive impairment can be from mold exposure.

Okay - sounds like it was her 'regular' Dr. and not a Lyme literate one.

It will take more than one antibiotic for her to get well. If she's wanting to start treating again...she does need to see a LLMD.
If she doesn't want the antibiotics anymore...due to her stomach - then she could find a LLND and treat herbals.

Your friend needs to take probiotics (if she isn't already doing so)
