Thanks Village Crazy Lady, I don't think I'm allergic, actually it seems like it is helping with residual Lyme stuff, Babs, Bart, who knows what else. It seems like it is stimulating my immune system in a good manageable way and chunks of mucus-y biofilms are making their way out. The cold flu bugs, Lyme n co and friends, and/or along with my most recent visiting virus. It's not unpleasant as I can spit out most of it. Weather change, dry weather, mold spores and yes various allergens like ragweed, dry airborne mold from past floods, cypress pollen, pine pollen, get stirred up. I live in a hot humid environment, but for about 4 months a year it is almost perfect weather...I've never had one of those allergy tests yet, could be about time (or money if I had it) for that...
But I like the way you think!
Now to decipher an allergic reaction from a beneficial herx... that's hard sometimes...that's why I'm still afraid to let a bee sting me, although I think it might be good in the long run.
I meant this post as a recommending of quality Peppermint tea, hot and quality Stevia as an adjunct therapy, as I'm getting a pretty good, head-clearing and calming feeling from it.
