Coartem & Intermectin taken with FAT or empty stomach

I've read different things.

What's most effective for Coartem & Intermectin to take on an empty stomach (like the directions outside the bottle say) or with fat to increase their absorbancy?

Some patients say coartem should be taken with food, some fat for better absorption. But it's hard to find a lot of clarity on that question.

Ivermectin I don't think needs to be taken with food. My dr never had me take it with food, and I can tell you it was a very effective med for me.
