This is great news! You’re doing something right! My bet is on your diet changes. Very inspiring.
I am doing elimination diet right now - no gluten, corn, soy, dairy, sugar for 6 weeks. Didn’t you have some extensive food testing done?
Yes, recent lab testing last summer. Ive tried diet changes many times in the past, but never this strict or lab tested for them before. I eliminated all six you mention, plus more, since September, not easy. I was only 95% glutan free, dairy free with whole paleo foods prior to that date, for two years. But only three months in back then , one antibody already began to drop.
Modified corn sugars are in 80-90% of processed foods. That X-mass ham, beef roast or turkey?- its injected with cane sugar, read the labels people.
95% of deli meat behind the counter IS NO DIFFERENT than the sliced packaged stuff hanging in the cooler section. It was packaged with a label, ask to read it. It did not come from the butcher or farm to the store. It stopped at a processing facility to be injected with corn syrup and or cane sugar.
We only live once.
