I take monolaurin with herbs, and I haven't had a problem. It says on the bottle to take it with a meal anyway, but I usually just take it with the rest of my herbs.

Can i ask, how much do you take? I’m still on a quarter of the spoon twice a day but will work up to a full spoon three times a day.

I take about
a quarter to a half of a scoop twice a day. I couldn't tell if taking more than a quarter scoop was having a greater effect or not. I'm wondering though if I should experiment with taking it with a meal to see if it works better.

Yes, you can. I've taken a teaspoon everyday for about
a year and it has helped me quite a bit. Good luck!
