How to take cryptolepis

My doctor didn't put me on this but I bought some online and now I dont know how to use it. It is in tincture form so do you guys take it like the byron white formula where you drop some into water?

I take it in 1/4 cup of water. I've tried a full glass of water...but it's worse having to drink more.

It's an awful tasting tincture...one of the worst ones IMO.

So I just count out the drops into the water. Although now I'm taking 40 drops...so I do one dropperful plus count 15 more drops.

100% this! Every other herbal tincture I take (approx 8 I think) tastes inoffensive. But this critter... Oh my. smile
