First herx after 5 years?...or side effect / PEM?

Hey all,
looks like my new protocol its too hard or its start work...Im little bit confused now, because until now I did not know how the herx is going...

what happened?
Im on 3 week of "core" Buhner and 1 week of babesia Buhner protocol + Teasel root + Rehmannia
All with some essential oils test...looks like its really strong!
And last week I add HBOT (this help me a lot in past)

This "combo" and little bit worse sleeping makes me really exhausted last week.
Primarily after add babesia herbs and start HBOTs.
My CFS is really hard now, Im pretty exhausted, pressure in the head and cavities for some time and feels like knives pushing in my back...and all over the fire - inflammation.
I have huge problems with CFS and inflammation for a long time - my prime symptoms, but now its really hard times. I relaxing in bed and make some yoga when Im better.

I start with epsom salt bath every day, more active charcoal, more vegetables and minimum 3 litres drink.
Hope this all its herx! It would be great news that it works - its a first time, when Im trying to provoke babesia, if I have it.

I'm confused - you used a PEMF machine for the first time to target babesia and are wondering if you are experiencing a herx from that?

If I'm understanding your question right, then yes. I tried all the herbal protocols and lots of other treatments for years without really herxing (or improving), and a single PEMF treatment made me herx like crazy! All sorts of babesia symptoms, including some I've never had before. Three weeks since the PEMF treatment and still doing poorly - like you describe, chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms through the roof, head pressure, chest pain and air hunger, etc. I don't really have much advice, other than to detox and maybe back off some of your other protocols, since all of that together could be overloading your detox pathways. But I'm doing everything possible to detox and still can barely eat or make it to the bathroom without help, so I'm not much help! Babesia really fights back hard. Just wanted to let you know that a big freakish herx from PEMF is very possible. It's an incredibly powerful and targeted therapy!

Ohhh gotcha. Since I saw this post in the Lyme forum, I assume PEMF. I am very familiar with post-exertional malaise, too. I stand by the guess that this is a herx and possible also overload from your system processing so many things. Sorry for the confusion!

Hey all, thanks a lot for some opinions!
I was too exhausted from everything in last week and I make some research with stop some herbs and EO, make some detox methods and add D-limonene.
When I stopped babs herbs and make series of epsom salt bath, I became lot of better, exhaustion and PEM is gone now.
Looks like babs herbs make really big fight in me...and Im stupid, I went to the maximum doses very soon!

But if I understand it right, it all looks like I find my way of treatment - and it was big herx from too much pressure from whole treatment plan on my body capacities...

I will try start everything again, but with really smaller doses, maybe EO pulses. Looks like HBOT makes everything more, more effective. And next week I will have next sessions in chamber.

+ my dentist last week find some infection under my crown, another "obstacle" to be back healthy.
Hope everything will be work! I am very motivated, when I see finally some reactions after 5 years of suffering...
