Mold growing in sinuses - what to use to kill it?

It seems that there’s beneficial microbiome in the fermentation of the sour kraut that would counteract the bad yeast. Or maybe even feed the good. smile I need to do it more consistently, but I heard that you should bind the mold for a while before you start treating the nasal/sinus mold. And I haven’t started binding the mold because I’m not completely sure my apartment is mold free. Got to check that. It’s such a discouraging cycle.

Actually, this thread has a timely "revival" as just last night I started experiencing some pressure in my head, I am dreading that the abx did not eradicate e coli, as it is known to be persistent.
I'll try inhaling essential oils again, hopefully without mast cell troubles this time around.

Not Sure about mold, but there is a guy I talked to who had a stubborn case of sinusitis for a few years. He put colloidal silver in a nebulizer and was clear within days. I've got MARCONS and Ecoli in my sinuses. Thinking about doing this.

Hoagie, what did you use to treat e coli in sinuses?

Hi guys,
didn’t have the energy to read everything so idk if this was mentioned or not. but my LLND swears by a propolis (spelling?) inhaling machine... he completely cured sinus mold that way. it’s like a humidifier you put some kind of bee propolis clip in it and it has a breathing mask/tube you can wear it to bed....

Thanks for the tip lymegirly. What kind of machine is this, probably some type of a steam inhaler.
But I've only ever seen propolis in alcohol solution.

I am intrigued by this

sounds like a nebulizer with propolis in it. I would be concerned putting propolis in my neb as propolis is super gunky

but still, do you have any more info? thanks
