Enlarged Lymph Node?

I have this all the time, but it comes and goes, it's not constant, although it can sometimes last for days. I can't say it's not painful, I sure am aware of its presence. I used to get enlarged lymph nodes also in my armpits and groin, but that went away thankfully, although I still sometimes get that armpit sensitivity.
My biggest problem currently is mold toxicity, but I guess one could get this from any kind of toxicity in the body (or something else). As always, there's no one answer to a problem in lyme & company.

Still, I would get that checked, and I had an ultrasound scan for all of my mentionned lymph nodes, but yeah, at the time of the scan they weren't enlarged.. Looked like a crazy lady to my doctor once again.

I have a big lymph node on the right side of my neck, too. Just popped up when Lyme first flared up for me, and hasn't wavered. Honestly I have enjoyed having it because so many things wrong with me are symptoms (subjective) that allopathic doctors dismiss, whereas the lymph node is a sign (objective) that makes them take me seriously when I have to go the conventional medicine route, like at urgent care or the ER. Sometimes the lymph node being swollen makes doctors take me seriously who otherwise might not.

I had the same concerns about lymphoma, especially when I started treating Lyme with little or no improvement, and when new symptoms kept arising. Lymph nodes under my arms are painful, though not swollen, in addition to the painless one on my neck. My LLMDs assured me that lymphoma probably would result in other symptoms, including abnormalities on blood work. That said, I think it's fair to request further tests if you are concerned. Many of us with chronic infections have chronic swollen lymph nodes, but peace of mind is important!
