Candida and a lot of yeasts that colonize humans have been developing resistance to Nystatin over the years, so it seems wise to rotate with with other treatments or opt for other gut health protocols entirely. There's a lot more to consider for your microbiome balance than what Nystatin addresses anyway. I agree that diet, probiotics, sugar, and some herbal tinctures might be more beneficial for your body overall, and might relieve you of a bit of your pill burden.
