Hi all. I'm about to turn 44 and thought I'd buy a NuFace microcurrent device as a gift to myself. It basically uses microcurrents to lift your skin and make you look younger. People love it. Aside from being 44, Lyme has wreaked havoc on my poor face. I look 10 years older.

That said, I started thinking about how EVERYTHING causes HERX or die off and started looking it up. Didn't find anything. Just wondering if anyone here has used the NuFace and if you experienced a herx after? I do know that microcurrent is used in some lyme therapies to kill the bacteria. So it makes sense, but anyone use NuFace without problems?

Oh man...has lyme aged me too.... it has been 5 years...but seriously I just feel like I've aged 10 years.

So how does it work? "microcurrents" - what are those? lol.

Let us know if you do use it...and if it works.... probably too late for me...lol.... (sad face)

My skin is the sh-ts now. pre-lyme people always were surprised when I told them my age...never looked my age...no one's saying that now. (another sad face)
