It is difficult making decisions on who/where we should go for treatment.
It sure is, last thing I wanted to do is self treat. But it allowed me to try a lot of different drugs in collaboration with biofilm busters to find out what's been keeping me sick. I got tired of waiting for LLMDs to find out a solution, not many of them were willing to try out something new.
I really don't blame these lower level LLMDs though, again it's a liability, and the new Yale Study just came out recently talking about
how resilient Babesia is and how 4 traditional antiparasitic drugs dont work on it. I already printed this out and plan to give it to these Doctors when I see them.

It took me awhile to decide to go to Dr J as it was/is a big deal to not only fly that far, but also to venture out of my country. With no guarantees either - that I will get well.
I know, it's a scary thought, spending all that money yet still chronically sick. But if you got the money, I think Dr. J is totally worth it.
Luckily I finally know what's been primarily keeping me sick all these years. Babesia is probably the reason why man lyme patients are staying sick past 5-6 year mark. If you've been sick that long, it's gotta be a coinfection.
Again funny thing is, herbs like cryptolepsis and even artemisinin never did anything for me herxing wise, until I took primaquine, now I herx like hell from just these antiparasitic herbs. I feel so grateful that I finally respond to herbs! This all has been a huge learning process for me. And by me sharing, I hope it helps others as well, but I know everyone's body chemistry and coinfections are different.

Yesterday for a few hours, I felt incredible, I could breathe, no fatigue, no hard time breathing, I felt 100% as if I was back to normal.
This morning, I woke up drenched in a cold sweat, shaking, immediately jumped in a hot water filled tub. This Babesia is hell!!!! It comes and goes... Haven't had any of those hard hitting herxing seizures lately though, which is just fine by me, those are the worst... However, I've been getting jolts, short quick jolts where my body shakes for a split second, then that's it.

Thousands of $$$ - not just cost of travel, appts, meds, but moreso the $$ I’m not bringing in for over 5 years now because I haven’t been able to work .That’s my biggest loss.
It's the worse feeling the world not being able to work for that long.... Then have your health come and go, others around you see that you seem fine, but then get super sick again. Problem with Lyme Disease is, you can't work a full time job and predict when your herxes will come and go, it's impossible. Other than maybe a part time job at home. If you have a coinfection like Babesia, forget about
it, be impossible to hold down a full time job.
That's like saying someone with Malaria and Lyme Disease should be working, lol, ummm no! But I think we're in a big transition phase where something good will be happening with this chronic disease and babesia once more Doctors take notice of primaquine and this new one day antimalaria drug comes out too

So recently I bought some Activia Yogurt, Lifeway Kefir No sugar added, Garden of Life Porbiotic Pills, and Cottage Cheese.
I've just been pounding the dairy and cultures, it has caused some serious herxing for me. It's incredible how I can drink whole milk now, how in the hell does a food allergy just come and go like that after I kill off the majority of the infection? Crazy!!!
There is proof that dairy and cultures can kill or at least hold back a babesia infection in it's place.
