Lyme hides in Melanocytes?

I heard that Lyme tends to hide in melanocytes? Is that true?

The reason why I ask this is because I noticed that one of my moles had a yellow coloration around it. On a side note, my mole is very small and looks normal and is flat and has clear edges and my doctor told me the mole is fine.

The yellow coloration made my mole look bigger and the coloration after a month disappeared. The mole was also on the left side of my neck where I have a neck tightness/stiffness.

Now my mole looks exactly how it looks without the yellow coloration and it has not changed in shape or size.

Could that have been a case where the Lyme has hidden in of my moles? Does that have any connection?

Hmm I can't find anything on it other than some connections with Lyme and Morgellons, usually that yields a blue tone though due to lack of circulation...I suppose it can hide in any tissues though..
