Doxy and mino.

Can be posible that bart coul be resistant to mino but not doxy? Or when it's resistant, it's resistant to tetra familly. How is posible that doxy is used to cure bartonella endocarditis, with succes when this same abx is innefective to cure angiomatosis? Resistant to diferentes clinical pictures?
