Has anyone found any really positive outcomes from regular use of Infrared sauna? I’m still in the middle of a massive herx from 2 weeks ago and I can’t tolerate any treatment but I have to treat with something bc if I don’t I feel worse. So I’m back down to 1 drop of BAR-1 and BAB-1 2x/day from Beyond Balance to get me through. 2 weeks ago I had increased a lot up to 10 drops of BAR 1 in a day and 3-4 drops of BAB 1. Plus some drops of the Cognease and Cognease detox. So total in a day of those 4 products I was averaging 15-20 drops. (They were making me feel so much better and no crazy herxes so I was so encouraged and excited that I just kept increasing!). Big mistake... obviously. I’ve upped my detox as much as possible with binders, Glutathione, tons of water, dandelion tea, nettle tea, milk thistle etc., but nothing is helping to get me back to baseline and I’m stuck in bed. My anxiety is so bad I can’t even sit in a bathtub to do salt bath I go crazy!

trying Infrared sauna, my LLND said it’s ‘worth a try’ but I’m pretty scared it would make me feel worse given how bad I feel right now, but I’m also desperate.
How do you get back to baseline after an overdose of treatment. Do
I just stay low dose and up the detox until my brain and body are able to come back online? My brain feels like it’s completely messed up. I’m traveling down to the US next week to see a Dr who can help shed some light regarding my 23andme results who specializes in genomics and hopefully assist with the detoxification issues, and methylation problems as I feel like this is partly why things are so rough right now. Still learning about
the importance of Methylation.
Just wondering how people’s experience with infrared sauna’s has been. Do you need to take binders before or after the sauna right away? Any other sauna tips? There is a regular hot sauna in my apt building I could try too maybe, does that work too?
