Yep, I hear you, man. That's about how I'm feeling, too. The more stuff I learn, the less I kinda wish I knew. Sometimes, ignorance really is bliss. But, not always.
Hahaha, yep... I think my curiosity and
open mind without a doubt help me find the diagnosis to this horrific disease. If I hadn't known how untrustworthy the government, doctors, and big pharma was by listening to conspiracy shows like Coast to Coast AM. I'd probably be dead as a door nail, lol.
I can't tell you how many Doctors in Michigan that said ILADs Doctors and LLMDs were evil and mistreated their patients.
I'm thinking oh yeah, like all the Doctors that hand out opioids like candy and said they were safe because big pharma said they were safe. Hypocrites!!!
I think my
open mind and curiosity have saved my life many times over in this harsh world. But without a doubt, some things I wish I knew I hadn't discovered, because nowadays I have a hard time relating to the average American citizen because they're so dumbed down. I think many war veterans know what I'm talking about
after they've been in war and then come back home.
I was a really good athlete, participated in many sports in high school and college. I was begged to play football, but because I was warned by my father not to play because of serious injury, I put my 100% sole trust in him and not the coaches and my friends that said I'd never get hurt. But what did I see just at the high school level, tons of my friends getting seriously hurt at the high school level and many of them even shooting up steroids.
Considering what we know now about
CTE now, that even athletes can start developing this disease at the highs school level. I have to look back at what all the coaches and my friends said and laugh about
it.
Remember knowledge is power, it can safe your life one day. Yes ignorance can be bliss at times, but as I look back on my life, I'd never change a thing.
I caught my disease within a years time and was able to diagnose my self because of research and finding a osteopath doctor that thinks outside the box. Think of all the people that still walk around with this disease undiagnosed or thinking it's incurable, thinking it's this ptlds crap that the IDSA pushes, or just gets misdiagnosed with MS, ALS or Dimentia. It's a scary thought I know and basically incapable to comprehend how many people it could be walking around with chronic lyme.
https://www.newsweek.com/untreatable-form-lyme-disease-could-hit-two-million-americans-2020-scientists-1403338I recently went into the emergency room after treating my babesia coinfection with drugs I bought overseas because no one's willing to treat me, I had developed those lyme seizures. You know what the Emergency Room Doctor said to me, it being 2019.... That Lyme Disease doesn't exist in Michigan, there's no such thing as Jarisch–Herxheimer reaction...
I think Americans better start waking up to the type of country they live under now because I can tell you this much, it's no longer a republic. We are ruled by corporations now, what they say goes. And if big oil says climate change isn't real or big pharma/insurance companies say lyme disease isn't real. Guess what the Doctors say...
Yet here we have people marching around saying our country was built on capitalism and a free market, completely dismissing what a republic actually is. The propaganda is so strong within this country now, you really can't debate with any of these people anymore because they're so convinced in their current belief system, especially the alpha males. I know because I'm one of them and I've listen to other alpha males on a daily basis. They all think they have a good grasp on the current system they live under, they honestly don't have a clue. You ask them to break down the definition of capitalism, republic, democracy, monarchy, a dictatorship, or oligarchy... They haven't a clue... I explain to them after Princeton did a study on what type of government we live under, I explain to them an oligarchy, they're completely dismissive of it.
https://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-echochambers-27074746If this thread doesn't get locked, I'm sure there will be a number of people that march in here and say this is unrelative to chronic lyme and why are we talking about
it.
Let me explain to you something, this is why you suffer, this is why the insurance companies got in cahoots with the IDSA/CDC Doctors to claim chronic lyme doesn't exists. It is all very relative! Sorry you don't want to here this, but it's true. We can't even talk about
climate change and it's relation to ticks because some other person's belief system doesn't acknowledge it. Sooner or later many of you will have to address these issues, they aren't going away on their own...

When I was a kid, I routinely swam in a lake that had some nasty water. I still remember the mud (I hope that was mud!) oozing between my toes. The water was dark and we couldn't see the bottom or see much underwater with our eyes open. Just thinking about what might funk might have gotten in my eyes, ears, nose, and mouth makes me want to barf. Plus, I get the heebie jeebies thinking about the snakes, turtles, fish, and other critters that was in the water, too. We would swim around the short dock constructed with old wood and rusty nails.
Good grief. I better think of something else, before I have an anxiety attack. lol
Yeah, I think we've all taken risks and been exposed to some serious chemicals or pollutants over the years, whether it be in the work force or just enjoying the outdoors. It's hard to look back on these things, because it does give me anxiety too and makes me cringe.

Oh, that reminds me of something I saw years ago. Have you seen this? https://youtu.be/-ahrmjvhggi It's been a while, so I should probably watch it again, now that I have more years and knowledge under my belt. If you've not seen it, try to give the first 15 minutes a chance, whenever you have the time. By then, you should know if you want to stop or continue. Should you watch any of it, I'd enjoy hearing your feedback.
So far I've watched a few minutes worth of this video and so far this guy is brilliant. Like he said, how many things will these Doctors do to you, but not to their children. This honestly goes back to the politicians and doctors who say treating lyme disease longterm is unsafe, but when they or someone they love contract the disease themself, they try to cure it with antibiotics and not use the autoimmune drugs that they try to give us. Anything wrong with this picture?
This what I think has happened. Somewhere down the line, these corporations behind big pharma, even big oil, even the food industry. Have become so big and powerful that our forfathers could of never put enough rules in law to guard against, that they've taken over our Republic and have completely turned it into corporate fascism. Remember corporations weren't around back in the day other than just rich people with power.
Now if you call out chrony capitalism you're called a communist, lol, as I explain to these people I'm not a socialist/communist, I believe in a republic. How has it come to the point where we can't question these things within our own country, whether it's opioids, these vaccines, or any of these autoimmune drugs in general. When you do, they label you some name "anti-vaxxer" or "conspiracy theorist."
One of my favorite recent documentaries is Prescript
ion Thugs. What did the pharma rep Gwen Olsen say in that documentary. Big Pharma isn't in the business of curing, but in the business of symptoms maintenance and disease management.
So far I love the video Dude, watched the first few minutes, I see he'll be talking about
GMOs, vaccines, etc... I'm bookmarking and going to watch the whole thing, even pass this onto my Dad.
My father won't even trust these Doctors to treat his cancer, which we both believe he has. He would just rather take Rick Simpson Oil and not take the chemo/radiation which would probably just shorten his life span, he's already 72.
But yeah, videos like these are catching on with people. The media, corporations, and government tries to act like they're conspiratorial. But when you look at the source, this guy is an actual Doctor. There's many Doctors who are tired of seeing what's going on and they're deciding to go against the status quo to try and save lives, they are heroes!

All good points. Trying to predict how one vaccine will behave is bad enough, given the individual variability. Then, they add a second, third, fourth, fifth, etc., etc., into the mix. That's like my elderly relative taking Pill #1, having side-effects, then taking Pill #2 to address the side-effects of Pill #1, then taking Pill #3 to address the side-effects of Pill #2, and so forth. Until the recent pharmaceuticals that combined two medications in one, I wonder how much testing was done on the interactions of various medications?
Yep! Have you gotten around to watching that "I am Fish Head Documentary." I think it explains a lot, how we're getting ruled by sociopaths, psychopaths, narcissists. These same people are the ones righting the rules and guidelines for the government, medical system, and food industry.
For instance, buying off scientists to put the blame on fat instead of sugar.
https://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/13/well/eat/how-the-sugar-industry-shifted-blame-to-fat.htmlThis is incredibly evil stuff and have cost the lives of millions of Americans. Then they try to con you into thinking you still have an option when you go to the grocery store. Look at any nutrition label, anything packaged or processed is purposely loaded with sugar to get you addicted. McDonalds fries are laced with sugar to get you addicted. 90% of the food in the grocery store is processed garbage.

Man, I didn't know that Michael Ruppert had died. I just read how it happened. I'd not expected him to go that way. Then again, maybe all that stuff was weighing him down. Very unfortunate. He was only 63. I remember seeing him in "The End of Suburbia," and, I believe, "Collapse." I'd not heard of Gary Webb, but just looked up his biography. It's interesting that his manner of death was the same as Michael Ruppert. Gary was only 49. Sad.
Yeah it was very sad, a true American hero, ex-detective who put his live on his line for the black community to get the truth out to what's going on. Sadly he committed suicide. A few years back he did a small documentary the history channel aired, called the 6 prophets of doom. Few years afterwards he committed suicide. This goes back to what you said, sometimes ignorance is bliss. I think there's only so much that the human mind can take.
As for Gary Webb, back in 2014 Hollywood made a great movie about
this journalist called "Kill the Messenger" starring Jeremy Renner. Got great reviews on both IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes. But just like any conspiratorial documentary or movie that comes out, it never got much publicity from the media, so it was kind of tossed under the rug. I highly suggest watching it or any of the documentaries surrounding it. The Documentary Freeway: Crack in the System was good too.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1216491/https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/kill_the_messenger_2015https://youtu.be/jke2xl24fg4And really, that's what this country does, isn't it? Kill the messenger. No one wants to hear the truth, because the truth is way too much for most to handle. And that's what the movie was about
, how horribly the people treated Gary Webb after exposing the truth.

Wow, I'd not heard that about Bush's phone number being in the cell phone of the drug-smuggling pilot that crashed. As Curly stated in the 1936 short DISORDER IN THE COURT: "Truth is stranger than fiction."
Oh yeah, Rogan's brought it up numerous times in his Podcast. Do any research about
it, you'll find out it's mostly likely factual. Remember senior, George H. W., has a long history of being in the CIA. So by no means does this surprise me at all.

George Bush's Personal Phone Number Found in Seals' Trunk
Some say there wasn't enough evidence to substantiate the claim, but if you listen to what Gary Webbs has to say, the story surrounding the pilot Barry Seal, which they also made recent movie about
, "American Made." Very most likely true.

The Personal Computer revolution and advent of the Internet were major catalysts that allowed incredible changes. But, like you noted, Social Media really amplified things. On one hand, Social Media can be used for worthwhile and noble goals. On the other end of the spectrum, it becomes a bit like THE TWILIGHT ZONE. Kim Kardashian can wake-up, grab her Smartphone, and make a single Instagram post to promote a product. In exchange for the endorsement, she can receive $500,000 -- all without leaving bed. That just seems so unhinged, when looking at what Teachers, Police Officers, Firefighters, EMS, Military, and other public servants do, versus what they earn.
But, I digress... ![smile](/community/emoticons/smile.gif)
Phenominal way to put it, I think we're living in an enlightment era without a doubt, you can either turn a blind eye, believe in what everything you've been told from your own religion/school or keep an
open mind about
other things. I think people are having a hard time digesting all of this information thrown at them, having a hard time deciphering what's real and what's fiction. People are clashing with their own belief systems on social media... If we're not careful we could enter another civil war or just a war in general with other countries.
I just have the most respect from people of all races, religion, and political beliefs. I think there's intelligent people from all walks of life, what we gotta watch out for is extremism. And sadly, many are starting to take conspiracy to a whole knew level because of it. Even the suicide rate has gone through the roof. And what's interesting is, one guest on Rogan talked about
how Americans like to kill other people when they do suicide and in other countries it's completely different.
I think as we progress with technology and social media, it's going to be very hard for many people to coexhist with one another and digest other people's belief systems.
I mean look at the lyme community in general, even many people within this group segregate themselves at times, the modern day word is Rogan likes to use is tribalize. You just can't do that in life. Just because Stephen Buhner says there's not a big fan of biofilm and thinks it's just a hysteria does not make it set in stone. I'm sure the guy is brilliant in his own way, but not everything he says is completely correct, Buhner is human, lol. And when you confide in one person or group's belief system, well there's going to be consequences because of it. There's still lyme patients that march around the lyme forums and say stevia doesn't work, it can't work, can't absorb into the system. Yet you look at what Dr. H is using, the top LLMD in the field, he's having a lot of success with this biofilm buster with his persister cell drugs. People can debate about
this till their blue in the face, thinking everything of their belief system is true just like the IDSA Doctors, there's going to be a lot of people who get the wrong information and are going to suffer because of it.
I think human beings still have a lot, I mean a lot of evolving to do. It's amazing to have people of true brilliance of this era like Elon Musk, but in the same time a growing group of people who still believe the world is flat. lol And some of this is growing due to social media and youtube, so again, there is some plus and minuses like you said.
I have nieces that look up to Kim Kardashian and think they're going to grow up to be a princess. What kind of example does a person who's claim to fame was a ****o film make for our children?
Without a doubt social media is really testing our freedom of speech. At one point or another, I suspect a lot more of these people will start getting banned off of social media like Alex Jones what's they say or do something that's going to influence people into doing some really stupid crap.
Kim Kardashian gets a vampire facial, now some people go down to new mexico to get the same thing for lower cost and contract aids. Just heard this in the news... Just stupid man!
Everyday it's something new in this world... And it's absolutely incredible how just one topic can absolutely drive a huge percentage of the population in turmoil because they don't agree with one another on it. Just insane!!
And I hate the fact that it takes some materialistic celebrity to contract lyme disease, for your friends and family members to acknowledge the fact that your disease is real. American society has become way to materialistic in worshiping the rich and celebrities. Without a doubt one day it's going to all come crashing down! Question is, looking at our country now, are we already there?
A good documentary to watch would be Generation Wealth or Chris Hedge's book America: The Farewell Tour.
