So I've been in and out of keto and carnivore a few times while trying to find a diagnosis and narrowing things down. Whenever I did them, I only used salt and pepper for seasoning. Now that I know it's been Bartonella causing my hell all this time, I can ask people from the proper community: what works best for you?
My symptoms clearly get better on these diets but have any of you also seen great improvement without being as strict as me? Spinach is my main source of greens, should I change that? I'd LOVE to keep using my Franks hot sauce. I'd love to use garlic, rosemary, basil, etc. If any of you know of any well made health conscious hot wing sauces on the internet, please share

And if I may pass on a few tips to anyone starting:
-Get yourself sparkling mineral waters to sip on when you're fighting cravings
-Wildplanet canned sardines with a tiny squeeze of lemon are amazing and satiate really well
-Fish in general satiates really well
I wish I could think of more off the top of my head :/
