Anyone tried CholestePure? Its a natural alternative to Cholestryamine

Theoretically works the same way but without the constipation side effects of CSM

I've been using it for 5 months.

I do get very mild constipation from it. No medication (herbals or otherwise) have ever really worked on me. Let me know if there is anything specific i can tell you though.

My mold ND told me to use it.

yes but if you scroll deep into the reviews and read one by "beach bum" its not that encouraging

If this is plant sterols, someone mentioned it in one of the threads where I asked about CSM, actually yes, it must have been you Garion! Did it help you, do you feel better?

Lapis - I haven't noticed anything good or bad so I am thinking mold is not a big problem for me.
