The Jernigan website recommends molybdenum to clear out ammonia.

What lab was your son tested with?

I was tested through Quest twice.

First time I was 55 and the range was < 72

Second time I tested - a few months later I was 54 and the range was < 47

So I'm one point better the second time, but the range changed...and I was recommended to take LOLA.

No one could give me an answer about this....

I did ask my regular Dr. and she said that's not high...

I take the LOLA sporadically (L-Ornithine/L-Aspartate)

My doc suggested an ornithine-aspartate mix if you want to try something else. I think aspartate is more for the liver but they're often taken together
