Bumps on hand from ozone injections?

I posted before how I received 2 ozone injections into my left shoulder. Ever since I've had extreme shoulder pain and some arm and hand pain. The doctors seem to think I have fluid in my shoulder. I'm waiting to get an MRI.
I recently noticed that I have hundreds of clear bumps on my left hand/fingers that appear to be filled with fluid. That hand also appears reddish and feels swollen and uncomfortable. I'm assuming this is related to my shoulder issues from the ozone injection? Any ideas? My right hand is fine. The bumps are multiplying by the day which has me worried.

Its probably an ozone rash - are those bumps itchy. It is very common and nothing to worry about
