Help Understanding Lab Results? *New WB results just in

New to the forum.
Looking for some help understanding these results, as the they seem pretty concerning, depending upon accuracy of the test; before testing returns.

Quest:
Lyme Disease Antibody W/Reflex to WB

Standard Range: Negative
Your Value: Postive

Standard Range: 0.00–0.90 index
Your Value: 3.60


Still waiting on Western Blot (another 6-7 days).

I’ve grown up in Pennsylvania ‘in the woods’. Was stationed in SC & VA as well. Recent (within 2 years) trips to VA, WV, & NJ Wondering if this could explain random chronic bouts of stomach issues & joint pain.
Especially wondering if an actual positive, if contracted recently, or at some point in the past. And when that may have been.

Any help would be appreciated. I have a decent understanding of the medical field, so detail is appreciated, along with sources.

Edit: I’m 24, no major health issues. Relatively active & spend a fair amount of time outdoors. I use permetherin treated closes most times. Sparingly have found ticks, but never an actual bite. No rash of any sort at any time.

So far it seems Quest can be hit or miss, but I guess with the numbers I got, hard to deny further testing 😅

I believe my care provider has already pushed for the Western Blot; with results pending 6-7 days.

I believe the original test was part of a battery for diagnosing joint pain, but the results were specifically labeled as Lyme testing.

You pulled a positive WB IgG test.

Generally IgG means an older infection.
