I'm getting real good results here:
The mix im working with is
bacterial immobilization and antimicrobial element = stevia whole left - added to teas/coffee -
killing cryptic bacterial element - osha root
restoring magnesium - mag calm or mag oxide(lower absorption rate)
retain stomach and intestinal acididty - betaine hcl which im using now brand
i don't usually mention brands but its what im using specifially - am getting great results at tolerating magnesium at higher levels
