Blood work indicative of anything?

For the two years I have been dealing with these infections, some of the numbers in my blood work have been either low, or just within the reference ranges (white blood cell, red blood cell, hemoglobin, hematocrit).

Since I started IV Rocephin + Azithromycin two months ago, I have been getting blood drawn every week and have been able to monitor these numbers on a weekly basis. The four most recent tests have me wondering if the treatment is causing a downward trend in some of these numbers. These numbers seem to correlate with my remaining symptoms of fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, heaviness in chest...

Maybe this is babesia related? I did not test positive for babesia with this doctor but I have tested postitive in the past.

Maybe it is something I recently found on the net called "Drug-Induced Immune Hemolytic Anemia"??(Cephalosporins such as Rocephin can cause this).

Or maybe this isn't even enough info to indicate a downward trend???

When I’m on abx my wbc count drops to the 3’s

When I’m on the off weeks it goes up to the 4’s.

Anemia is low iron. Ferritin is how much iron is actually available to your body so its more accurate than actual iron tests. And lots of Lymies are anemic.

Lyme sufferers would be anemic because of co-infections that attack RBCs though, right? Borrelia itself wouldn't be affecting these numbers, would it?

Don't you think you have coinfections? Most (if not all) people with chronic lyme have coinfections

I know I had a positive test for babesia 2 years ago, was treated according to CDC guidelines (only 2 wks). Also treated with full Buhner babs protocol a couple of times (each 60ish days).
Also had been suspicious of Bartonella in the past, so before I started IV Rocephin + zithro , I treated with full Buhner Bart protocol.
I don't know if the abx are knocking out Lyme and somehow bringing another infection to the forefront... Or maybe the Rocephin itself is causing the drops in the test numbers.

Are your platelets low? Every time I have higher test results showing Babesia, my platelets seem be lower, as well as red blood cells.

Platelets have been pretty solid within range.

Ive decided to have my line pulled at the end of this week. Doc said we'll get blood work done again in 4 weeks after and see if the numbers normalize.
