Feeling better after 1 day of antibiotics?

Had my 1st appointment with LLMD. Suspected I have H. Pylori and prescribed me - Amoxicillin , Clarithromycin , Dexilant as antacid, Celebrex for anti-inflammatory, and Seroquel for sleep. I’ve only taken both antibiotics and dexilant. He told me to take Celebrex optionally for herx and Seroquel optionally for sleep. After 1 day I already feel clearer and like I don’t want to jump out of my skin with anxiety like a normally do. Is this normal?

I felt better within days of starting antibiotics! Don’t know if one day is possible but be thankful and get healing smile.

lyme is pleomorphic and in the presence of antibiotics it will take the Lform or encyst entirely until the threat has past. it has many more genomes than average bacteria . with helminith and protozoan components . its a very intelligent, elusive, well engineered cousin to syphilis. welcome

Aaaaand that's what we're dealing with...just so you know...for real

I enjoy your posts, bluelyme... that quote is something out of a science fiction movie, and yet I know all too well it isn't science-fiction at all, it is literally mad science, or the maddest of sciences.

This gives me insight for when I decide to resume my traditional antibiotic or herbal bug-kills, which for now I am just placating the multiple-co-critters nonchalantly with no abx or herbs, and then I'll go extreme sports on them...soon I hope.

Seconded. I still remember the first time I was put on Doxy like it was yesterday. The first few days after were bliss. Then the herx attacked full force. I had never heard of a herx reaction at that point in my life. I took to google and learned a little bit about what was happening to me. I emailed the NP who was treating me and she had not the slightest clue what I was talking about. Therein lies one of the huge issues with Lyme.
