I have been looking at the test kits used on dogs. Since this is an anti-body test, there doesn't seem to be any problem with it being used on people.

Don't know if you could purchase this kit with out medical license etc. By the way, a VET has to have a higher MCAP score than a doctor. Also they are use to working with animals which can't tell them about there health issues so their dianostic skills are probably a little sharper.

I wish I could say I had that kind of experience with vets. When I believed my cat was suffering from mold exposure along with me and my mother, I talked to two vets about it. One was unbelievably rude. The other was civil but firmly denied what I was suggesting and was irritated.

I never even brought up testing my cat for bartonella or Lyme. I can’t even imagine how that would go.
