Does this sound familiar? Heart...

Hi there.

I'm still trying to put a finger on the ever changing nuances of symptom classification.

Upon waking to a more woke conscious I get a feeling in my heart. Like heartbreak. Like my heart feels scared and anxious. Like I'm on the edge of a cliff and can't relax. Nothing mental. It's a stress and it's central region is the heart. It's an anxious depressed feeling like I'm heartbroken and want to hold my heart and can't relax. Doesn't that sound weird....it's been going on awhile but the heart area involvement is more obvious as I lay there in bed observing.

Then I wake usually with brain fog for several hours.

Had optical migraine yesterday. Some twitching.

All that wrapped up are current symptoms. Anxiety/ depression fog and headaches with eye involvement and twitching..

Just wondering how to approach or explain heart part to LLnd.

Lightlife - I think you should go to your Dr. and explain your concerns/symptoms.
Your heart should be checked out - no matter what the cause is.

Lyme carditis can mess with the electrical signals that coordinate the the beating of the heart.

Symptoms - shortness of breath, heart palps, chest pain.
