I have not reached remission but I have been feeling a lot better lately and been able to handle a very high work load the last two weeks.
I have been doing a lot of walking, with a 10-30 min walk most mornings and often taking longer walks in the woods 1-2 times a week.. Longer cardio I have been doing very infrequently as those have made me feel worse.
Instead I have been working out at a outdoor gym with olympic rings for about
30 min or done a shorter workout with dumbells at home.
I think you should try shorter workouts in the beginning to see how you respond.
With university and work in my case it has helped to work as much as possible at home. So I can sleep longer if I need and work out in the middle of the day to get more energy or do ir sauna.
If Im away the whole day I do a epsom foot bath during breakfast and try to make sure my sleep routines are good.
During my last workout I did 3 strict ring muscle ups in a row for the first time, so pretty happy with my progress with very low training volume
I have found calisthenics to be a lot easier on the joints, compared to deadlifts, squats etc.
During breaks at school I often go for a walk, and if Im there during lunch that is quite long I do a 10 min workout at a outdoor gym if not raining.
