Revisiting my daughters western blot results

My daughter is currently in treatment for Lyme/coinfections. I don’t think I’ve ever asked here for guidance regarding her western blot results. I am not very knowledgeable about this topic and hoping for someone’s input on what the numbers mean.

First test she had resulted only IGG 41 Kda

After four months of treatment, test showed IGG bands 41, 45, 66. (Which still shows negative but I just wonder what the numbers mean.)

Band 41 represents the flagella of the spirochete
Lyme has a flagella - others that I’ve read that also have one:
Syphillis .... pintas and yaws.... dental....relapsing fever

So it is significant - if someone doesn’t have the above others’ (Syphillis, pintas/yaws, relapsing Fever) plus has a clinical diagnosis of lyme - then it’s likely lyme.

I’m not sure why bands 45 and 66 are on the lyme WB - since they’re not lyme specific - I’ve never got a good answer/explanation why.

I was positive for band 66. It can be indicative of a borrelia infection, although it could be from other bacteria. In my case, it wasn't clear from the initial antibody test exactly what I got, however a PCR test later confirmed borrelia burgdorferi.
