Antibiotics to take with Bicillin shots

Has anyone taken antibiotics concurrently with Bicillin LA injections? I’ve checked the drug interaction checkers but am looking to see what others experiences are. I’ve had lyme, Bart, and Babesia (and May still have one Or more of these) and restarted the shots on Sunday after my body started giving out on the Doxy/Zith/Malarone combo I was on the last 6 weeks. Prior to that I had done 4.5 months of Malarone and Zith and was feeling 95% fine And multiple tests for babs were clear before switching to a more bart-focused protocol Since my Igenix still is coming up positive for Bart Vinsonii and some unknown species (2 species = positive test according to their metrics). The Doxy really seemed started to make me feel ill without improvements towards the end and I tried Minocycline for 4 days before quitting due to dizziness and feeling like a zombie. Both of these meds I have taken before without any issues. I see my LLMD on Friday and am feeling horrible on just the shots alone. I am thinking of taking Zith to just make it to Friday and maintain my ability to work.

So, I’m going to try Rifampin again, along with Doxy and the Bicillin Shots. My LLMD did not seem to be worried about the Doxy effects being decreased by Rifampin when I asked, same with the Bicillin. I’m praying my body tolerates the Rifampin for long enough to clear the bart as I believe this is the source of my symptoms.

My best combo probably ever was Bicillin and Clarithromycin. Felt great (after about a month of die-off) and truly thought I was cured.

I have seen interviews over the years with LLMDs claiming it was their most effective combo, so it is worth a try.
