Question, is Borrelogen antiparasitic and will it treat Babesia? Which you seem to have based on your symptoms and forum posts on HealingWell.com
Both coinfections babesia and bartonella can play the dominant infection with chronic lyme and until you knock them back, borrelia is very hard to treat. Both of these coinfections need specific herbs as claimed by herbalists Stephen Buhner and Dr. Rawls. So far I've only read reports of Borrelogen killing Borrelia.
Just so you know 1.5 years of antibiotics isn't very long for treating chronic lyme. However, it may be still good to take a break, let your immune sytem rebound, flush out the antibotics and toxins from your body and give herbs a try.
Sounds like you might have Babesia by looking at extreme fatigue, brain fog, and dizziness. Have you tried any of the more potent antiparasitic drugs for babesia like coartem, artesunate, alinia, dapsone or daraprim? Babesia has built up a tolerance to mepron and malarone due to overuse of these drugs in livestock, as reported by Dr. Rawls.
I've heard one person have success with alinia and a-bab, this protocol might be worth a try considering you're using a strong antiparasitic herb with an strong antiparasitic drug.
If you're going down the herbal route, I'd recommend going with the antiparasitic herbs that have a better track record for Babesia like Byron White's A-Bab or CSA Formula/Cryptolepsis

I have really been struggling with dizziness, off balance, etc. Babesia is a major reason for dizziness when dealing with Lyme and coinfections, but don't rule out everything else.
I would check ferritin levels (babesia can also cause these to drop since it destroys red blood cells) but anemia isn't uncommon and it's main symptom is off balance/dizziness.
Well it looks like you have the right frame of mind what coinfection you have, but again, why would you think Borrelogen would address your Babesia?
Have your read this writeup about
Babesia from Yale?

They also tested four current drugs that are used to treat the disease and found that the parasite has low susceptibility to these therapies.
Head over to LymeNet.org and do a search on Borrelogen/Dr. Jernigan's protocols and see what lyme patients are saying. As well as a search on this forum... I think he's pretty intelligent and is somewhat educated in lyme, but he is just a chiropractor and I read a lot of complaints about
his herbs not working very effectively.
Even a few worrisome articles about
the Hansa Center and Dr. J, even linked to MDJunction and Healingwell.com. Might be worth reading...

For more than two years, a state board has been investigating whether a natural health care center in Wichita wrote fake reviews about itself on two online health forums to woo customers.
In July 2014, the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts received a letter from “B. Mellon,” of Scottsbluff, Neb. The letter detailed “lengthy fictitious posts about the wonders and successes of the Hansa Center” on the websites Healingwell and MDJunction.
“According to anecdotes of many posters I consider to be real on these forums the Hansa Center has only a record of taking people’s money in large amounts and offering little in the way of tangible help,” the letter warned.
The complaint centered on “Heathersdad,” a frequent forum participant who wrote glowing reviews of the Hansa Center for Optimum Health and its founder, David Jernigan.
In one post, Heathersdad wrote: “My opinion is that there is simply nothing like it in the U.S. Their paradigm of health and healing is unlike anything that I have ever heard of.”
So far, the only one I've seen cured of chronic lyme by Dr. J's herbs is Denise DejaVu and I think she stated that was 14 years ago? I've seen her post on both lyme forums making some extraordinary claims. As I once asked her, how is Borrelogen and skin brushing going to address babesia and bartonella, two very drug and herbal resistant coinfections which most modern day patients are contracting from a tick bite these days?
Anyways, both DejaVu and HeathersDad's daughter claimed to be healed... HeathersDad is one of the members mentioned in the article though... Again, both of them seem to be making some extrodinary clames about
Dr. J's products, yet you hear from other lyme patients not so good...
https://www.cjonline.com/news/business/2016-09-13/state-medical-board-has-spent-years-investigating-hansa-natural-health-careI'd personally just stick with herbs and detoxing tinctures that are 1/4 of the price and have a better track record.
