Anyone with experience in treating parasites with Ivermectin? If so how did you take it and at what dose?
Getting ready to start my daughter on this, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Dr J has me on it. They have me on 4 pills once after cycles 3 and 4. So, just two doses.

Thanks Aerose91. How many mg per day? And is that two doses, on two consecutive days a month? Sorry we don’t see dr j so I don’t understand the cycles.

I think it was 3mg for 3 days in a row and then wait 2 weeks

Week 2 of ivermectin pulse and I have to say I’m very surprised. Wanted to update you all in case anyone is interested. May be of help if you’ve plateaued in your treatment and have tried a lot of stuff.
I had never been particularly worried about parasites so didn’t think too much of it when my daughters dr wanted to start her on this med. He really didn’t talk a ton about it and in hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions. He just mentioned that it can be helpful for people for different reasons and wanted to make sure he wasn’t ignoring a parasitic problem.
I think so far this stuff has really helped! She seems to have more energy, appetite much better, and food aversion that had been a problem for so long seems gone??
Better digestion and just and overall improvement. I will say she did seem to have some herxing but it’s odd because she has also improved at the same time. I do not know what the ivermectin is hitting and that really bugs me but it’s doing something for my daughter after she seemed to kind of plateau on her current protocol.

I did 12 mg 4 times a day for three weeks with Dr Y-we did that several times

Wow that seems like a high dose? Did you feel it was helpful for you?

yes very helpful. I actually think it was 4 weeks not three.
Dr Y hit parasites hard with everyone-wants to kill parasites not drive them deeper..
His books and web site explains this

The person who discovered Ivermectin won a nobel prize for it due to how effective it is and how it wiped out so many parasitic diseases in third world countries. The stuff works no idea why anyone would fool around with weak herbal anti parasites especially when you can get Ivermectin off amazon for pennies on the dollar if you are desperate.

Any idea if it hits babesia? I know it’s mostly for intestinal parasites but some say they think it treats babesia. I am skeptic but who know with these infections. I’m just really surprised how it’s helped in a short time. My daughter is either loaded with worms and that’s why it has helped or ivermectin has some other benefit for unknown reasons
