New Dizzyness/head spinning symptoms

As a reminder, I'm currently treating with Dr. J, doing a 2 weeks ON and 2 weeks OFF protocol focused on targettting Babesia.
This is the end of my 2nd cycle (so basically, I've been on 2 weeks, 2 weeks off, and now I've just finished a 2nd week ON). Good timing for me to have a break as my creatinine and liver enzymes results came back too high.

For 3 days now, I have a strange feeling that I never felt before. The symptoms are that I feel dizzy (like my head is spinning), it’s more intense when standing up but I also feel it when sitting. I sometimes even feel a bit nauseus and my vision seem a bit more blurry than usual (it’s been an issue since Lyme).
Eating does not seem to have any effect on that feeling.
I first thought I was having a low pressure issue, so I went to the pharmacy to have it check out and it apparently “normal” on the low side... so nothing to worry about. I’ve tried to identify recent changes that could have cause this and can’t pinpoint anything new beside the following:
- I tried 2 TSP of xylithol for the first time the day it started. (biofilm buster)
- Could it be related to my liver and kidney number that came up high on latest bloodwork results?
This is not a feeling I would normally associate with my Lyme disease. Also, not that I didn’t have Xylithol again.

Anyone ever experienced this or have suggestion on what to do?

All kinds of dizziness are part of these illnesses for me. The times I've had horrible spinning vertigo were from intense bartonella herxes.

Checking your blood pressure was a good idea, but how about heart rate? Any chance you have POTS? What about anemia? Any major weather events? Mold exposure?

For me dizziness symptoms seem to be neurological inflammation. My guess would be that you are herxing. Hang in there. I know dizziness is awful. You could try seasickness bracelets like SeaBands, or essential oils, or acupressure points to take the edge off.

BP for me, if mine is below 100, time for salt.

Been salting food and getting enough daylight exposure...this helps. Vitamin D. Take milk thistle/dandelion for liver.

Thank you all for your replies. Made me feel a bit less anxious about something really serious going on.
So we're now monday, and things are back to "lyme baseline".
I don't know if this was a HERX or just a reaction to Xylithol, but this lastest almost 48 hours.

All things considered, my best hypothesis is that taking 2 TSP Xylithol (biolfilm buster) for the first time provoked this. The symptoms started happenning about 1 hours taking it.
It's quite shocking to see that those were all new symptoms to me:
- Vertigo
- Dizzyness
- Nausea
- Irritability
- Vague feeling of heading toward passing out

The only thing I don't know if this was cause by a chemical reaction of the Xylithol, in my brain, or if it was really a HERX reaction because some biolfilm got eradicated, exposing new bacterias.

I'lll be on a 2 weeks break, and I plan to re-introduce xylithol again when I resume my protocol.

Also: Mino is part of my protocol (3 times a week), but since it's an ABX that I've been taking almost through my whole year of treatment, I couldn't attribute this weird chapter to that medication.
