Sorry me again! Urine question again!

Hi guys,

Sorry don’t know where else to turn my GP is useless.

So I had what the GP thought was a UTI had 3 days of antibiotics. On the urine dipstick it showed only leukocytes and I have bladder pain when I press on it.

I have to press quite deep. I thought it might be ovulation pain but I’ve had it for 4 days now.

I checked my urine again this morning and it’s still showing leukocytes. GP says it’s nothing. What should I do? If anything??

Could it be bartonella flaring or do I need a cystoscope on my bladder?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated

Oh and just to add I started taking d mannose 2 days ago.

I’ve had bladder pain it’s been intermittent but I’ve never checked my urine with the dipsticks.

I just wonder if inflammation alone can cause leukocytes? Or is it always infection
